CUT lengthwise into 1/2" wedges; CUT each piece in half crosswise.

In a medium bowl, COMBINE oil with remaining 4 ingredients.

TOSS zucchini with oil mix; ARRANGE in a single layer on a baking sheet.

BAKE until golden brown and tender, turning once, about 5 minutes per side.
