COMBINE all seasoning ingredients in a flat glass dish, just large enough to hold the steaks in a single layer.

2.

PLACE fish in dish; TURN to thoroughly coat with marinade.

3.

Let STAND, covered, at room temperature for 45 minutes, TURNING once.

4.

GRILL over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side, basting with remaining marinade.

May also do recipe with swordfish, tuna, or mahi mahi steaks.
