Directions

1.

In a medium bowl, COMBINE the six crust ingredients, STIRRING until well blended.

2.

In a 9-inch pie (or quiche) dish, PRESS crust mixture in bottom and up sides.

3.

BAKE at 400° for 8 minutes (10 minutes for prepared crust).

4.

CRUST (if using prepared crust, skip to step , baking 10 minutes)

5.

REMOVE from oven; REDUCE heat to 325°.

Filling

1.

In a large bowl, COMBINE the beaten eggs with the next six ingredients (all except salmon); MIX well.

2.

EMPTY can of salmon into a shallow dish; use a fork to FLAKE meat; REMOVE and DISCARD bones and skin if desired.

3.

ADD salmon to egg mixture; STIR well; SPREAD salmon mixture into crust.

4.

BAKE at 325° until done, about 45 to 50 minutes; REMOVE from oven; SPRINKLE with fresh dill.

May substitute a "store bought" 9-inch pastry shell and skip the homemade thing.
