PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees.

2.

In a large mixing bowl, MIX all ingredients except oats, flour and raisins; STIR in oats, flour and raisins.

3.

DROP dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.

4.

BAKE until light brown, about ten minutes.

5.

Immediately REMOVE from cookie sheet; COOL on rack.
