PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat, 350° to 400°.

Meanwhile, COMBINE the first five ingredients in a medium microwavable bowl.

3.

MICROWAVE on high for 1 minute; STIR.

4.

BRUSH both sides of chicken breasts with mixture; PLACE on hot grill.

5.

GRILL, turning once, until juices run clear and thermometer reads 165°, about 6 to 8 minutes per side.

6.

REMOVE from grill; allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.

Use a 5 to 6 ounce breast per serving.
