MIX marinade ingredients in a large bowl; ADD sirloin; TURN to coat.

COVER; REFRIGERATE overnight.

3.

REMOVE beef from marinade; THREAD onto skewers on the diagonal (see note).

4.

GRILL over medium heat 4-5 minutes per side, BRUSHING with marinade at turn.

For "Sirloin Not on a Stick," the beef may be left whole and grilled in one piece; allow extra time to ensure proper doneness. Serve with steamed vegetables and rice or baked potato.
