Directions

1.

In a plastic bag, ADD flour and beef cubes; SHAKE until meat is coated.

2.

In hot oil in a Dutch oven, BROWN coated beef cubes, STIRRING often.

3.

ADD tomatoes, chiles, onion, green pepper, garlic and spices; BRING to a boil.

4.

COVER; REDUCE heat; SIMMER 30 minutes.

5.

UNCOVER; SIMMER until beef tips are tender, about 30 minutes, STIRRING occasionally.

6.

While letting meat simmer, PREPARE noodles according to package directions.

Serve over hot noodles.

Use standard small can of chiles--4 ounces is just a guess.
