1.

In large mixing bowl, MASH beans and mayonnaise with potato masher until almost smooth, leaving some lumps.

2.

STIR in cilantro, bread crumbs, cumin, oregano, and hot pepper sauce..

3.

With lightly floured hands, SHAPE into 3-inch patties.

4.

In 10-inch skillet, HEAT oil over medium heat; DUST patties with flour, shaking off excess.

5.

COOK patties until crusty and lightly browned, about 3 minutes per side.

6.

TRANSFER to plates; TOP each patty with 1 tablespoon salsa and 2 teaspoons sour cream.
