1.

PREHEAT oven to 350°.

2.

In a large mixing bowl, CREAM together butter and sugar until light and fluffy; BEAT in eggs: ADD sour cream and vanilla; MIX well.

3.

In another bowl, WHISK together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

4.

Gradually STIR flour mixture into creamed mixture just until moistened.

5.

FOLD in berries and 2/3 of the chopped nuts.

6.

POUR into a greased 8x4-inloaf pan; SPRINKLE with remaining nuts.

7.

BAKE until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 65-70 minutes.

8.

LET COOL in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

May substitute blueberries for some or all of strawberries.
