Ingredients

Directions

1.

TRIM fat from meat; CUT into 4 serving-sized pieces.

2.

COMBINE flour, salt and pepper; using a notched meat mallet, POUND flour mixture into meat.

3.

In a large skillet, HEAT oil; ADD meat; BROWN on both sides.

4.

DRAIN off fat; ADD undrained tomatoes, onion, celery and carrot.

5.

BRING to boiling; REDUCE heat; COVER; Let SIMMER until meat is tender, about 1 1/4 hours.

6.

In the meantime, PREPARE noodles according to package instructions.

Serve over hot cooked noodles or mashed potatoes

1.. May substitute mashed potatoes prepared in accordance with your favorite recipe.
