In a 2 cup measure (or small mixing bowl), ADD all ingredients; BLEND with a whisk until smooth.

1. May substitute 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice for the water. 2. We use Zatarain's, but any good grated horseradish will work.
