In a shallow dish, STIR together the first 6 ingredients; ADD pork chops; COVER; CHILL 30 minutes, TURNING once.

2.

REMOVE pork from marinade; RESERVE marinade in a small saucepan.

3.

GRILL pork over medium heat until meat reaches 160°, about 7 minutes per side.

4.

Meanwhile, BRING reserved marinade to a boil; COOK, STIRRING occasionally, 2 minutes.

Pour hot marinade over chops just before serving.
